Honey and Mustard Dressing

4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp runny honey
2 tsp french mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice (half a lemon)
Pinch salt
Grind of black pepper

Mix oil, honey, mustard and lemon juice together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
